If an item is out of stock and is not expected within 72 hours, we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct email address on your order. Shipping is charged for every order unless a special purchase is made or the order qualifies for free shipping under our guidelines. Due to recent rate increases by UPS and the US Postal Service, TotalSportNutrition.com has changed our shipping policy to the following: DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Continental States (48) All domestic orders under 1.5 lbs. are shipped via US Priority Mail at a cost of $5.00. This service takes 2-3 business days. All orders over 1.5 lbs. will be shipped via UPS Residential Ground Service at set fees. This service takes from 2 to 5 business days depending on the shipping destination. UPS Ground does not move on Saturdays or Sundays! Orders over 2 lbs but under 10 lbs. will cost $7.50. Orders over 10 lbs will be calculated at the prevailing UPS rate for the weight of the shipment. If the total shipping cost will be over $10.00 you will be emailed with the shipping cost prior to order processing. There is no mark up on shipping. We only charge the customer what it costs us to send the package. FREE SHIPPING: to qualify for free shipping, the order must be over $199.00 and be under a total boxed weight of 10 lbs. with a deliverable UPS Ground address in the continental U.S (48 states). Orders over $199.00 that are over 10 lbs. but under 15 lbs. will be charged $7.50. Orders over $199.00 that are over 15 lbs. but under 20 lbs. will be charged $12.00 to $15.00. Any order over 20 lbs. will be charged at the cost rate. Free shipping excludes EAS products and sports drinks. Our margins on the EAS line does not permit the free shipping, but we do apply a $6.25 credit to the shipping total on EAS orders over $200.00. We have the lowest EAS prices on the net. With the high cost of fuel and the increase in shipping rates, we are forced to implement this new policy. The shipping will be added after you are emailed a s your shipping options. We have three shipping options, US Air (7 -10), US Surface (4 - 7 weeks) and UPS (5-10 days). We will email you all of your shipping options within 72 hours. Please make sure your email address is correct. TSN cannot track US Air and Surface shipments. We also cannot guarantee delivery of these shipments. It is the customers' responsibility to make sure that any product ordered is legal in your country. Any order confiscated is the responsibility of the customer. Delays in international shipping are typical and lead times can extend beyond 8 weeks. TSN reserves the right not to ship to a particular country. APO/MILITARY/ALASKA/HAWAII: All APO/Military orders and orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via US Priority Mail. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. We do not mark up the shipping cost as we only charge the customer what it actually costs us to send the package. RETURN POLICY: Since we are a deep discounter, we cannot accept returns on opened merchandise. All un-opened merchandise can be returned for exchange or credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. DAMAGES/SHORTAGES: All orders are photographed with a digital camera and tripled check for accuracy.
